Burn baby burn!

Any one have this burner or have any comments or things i should take note of if i get this burner? Cuz i did recently get one, so far the performance is alright..any one have the burner and have anything to add?

If you want some media compatability results with the drive, look here. Sorry, I don't have anything else to add about the drive except that it's an LG and LG rules! :)

Yup. LG = excellent quality.

In fact, LG are probably one of the better manufacturers around at the moment. Why? Because while the Japanese companies are all making drives to a cost in China, LG still make much of their product in their prime production lines in Korea, where the QA is higher. Korean electronics are fast becoming every bit as good as their Japanese competitors, and they're cheaper as well. Highly recommended.

Got one about three weeks ago, I really like it, it's very quiet, and have not had any errors with any CDs burnt at higher than rated speed yet.
