4XDVD-RW disc writen by 216 can't be read by LiteON 48161H?

MITSUBISHI 4XDVD-RW disc burn a Vista ISO image by 216 can't be read by LiteON 48161H? write speed is 4X

but 48161H can read other DVD disc, and 216 read this disc is too slowly

why?

Could be any number of things... Most likely, its due to poor writing quality or an issue with that disc.

It is OK to change a -RW disc, but I am not satisfiedthe with the record quality
