You all know that I'm a Plextor guy (check my title if your new,) but come on. It's late, it should have been out months ago, and at $160, it's rather expensive, not to mention that it's rather ugly.

Thanks, but I'll stick with my much cheaper, much better looking PX-716A.

Gotta love the feedback at Newegg.

I bought this drive and it is by far the best drive I have ever seen!!!

I don't about buying another Plextor. I bought 4 716As a couple of months ago and 2 have died from servo track mechanism failure. Meanwhile my 2 Pioneer A109XL are still going strong.
