Backing up my MP3's using Nero 5.5 - HELP!

Could you please tell me how to burn a DVD-R so that I can keep the file name structure of my mp3? For example:

How the file shows up in windows:

Beastie Boys - Intergalactic.mp3

How it comes out in Nero:

BEASTIE_BOYS___INTERGALACTI.MP3
