Damn that's a great price and no silly MIR....too bad I already have one.
BTW...I highly recommend this drive,c't magazine and cdrinfo.com also gave the DW800A high marks.One drawback is it only writes to +R/RW media unless you buy the -R firmware,but it allows DVD-ROM bitsetting.

There was also a coupon code I dug up on the internet somewhere that pulled another 10% off the price. Came out to $71.99 before shipping and taxes. Can't beat that with a stick...
