Haven't we been through all this before?

If you insist on buying a bulk supply without buying in smaller quantities first to test on your own equipment, and if you insist on being told exactly what to buy rather than deciding for yourself based on the voluminous input you have already received here, and if you insist on buying from dsgi rather than getting it cheaper at your local retailer by taking advantage of the Hot Buys we regularly post here, then get the 80 minute Taiyo Yuden silver lacquer blanks. (dgsi part number CDR80ZZSB at http://www.dsgi.com/cgi-local/SoftCart. ... taiyo.html ) They will provide you the best balance between expected quality and price.

Okay: finished, done, the end. No more in this thread and others like it you have started, please! 76 posts is more than enough to cover this.

Verbatim DataLifePlus (16X), but they will burn at 24x also. Yamaha also sells these in their own packages as DiscT@2 cds. These disks have the Azo Blue (dark blue dye) Technology. You can actually see your DiscT@2 drawings. Super Azo (light blue dye) will also work but Metal Azo looks better.

My brother has these discs and the drive. He burns music info at the edge of the disk, very impressive.
