No it looks like an ASUS. The stand gives it away.
Too bad. I assume, if it is an ASUS, that is based on the CRW-4816A, which didn't do very well in terms of writing quality in your tests:

The blue TDK tray never appealed to me much before, but the black case really sets it off nicely.
