WHAT IS THE BASIC DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NERO 7 PREMIUM & NERO 7 ULTRA EDITION ? WHICH ONE IS BETTER ?

please stop shouting.
writing in ALL CAPS is considered shouting and rude. stop that.

apparently one is the US version and the other is the European version.

you'll just have to be a little more patient and wait for the official release.

There is no difference, other than the naming scheme.

And I do not believe that Nero PhotoShow Express will be part of the Nero 7 Premium, but it will be part of the Nero 7 Ultra Edition.

correct on the naming scheme

nero 7 ultra edition is US version
nero 7 premium edition is europeon version
