LG Electronics 52X32X52CDRW/16XDVD Combo, Black GCC-4521BK?

I just ordered the LG Electronics 52X32X52CDRW/16XDVD Combo Black GCC-4521BK I hope I made the right choice. Anyone use these? Are they pretty Silent compared to LiteOn?

Check this thread. I agree, LG drives are relatively quiet compared to the competition.

I've got this burner. Most of the media I've tried, Nero gives me the highest speed at 48x. A few that Nero lets me select 52x will end up slowing down in the middle of the burn. Though, the quality of the burns are good.

That´s a property of almost all LG writers; first comes quality, then comes speed
