Flashing CRX210E1-Led?

Postby BBB on Sat Apr 26, 2003 1:45 pm

Hi,
I just flashed my Sony CRX210E1 drive with the edited/the drive is still recognized as sony/liteOn's 2s0d-48126S/.
And now when I write cds the led lights up red, so I've a question:
Where I have to edit the hex file to make the led lights in orange/like in sony's turbo mode/?
I think it's possible cause all we have to change is the passing voltage through the diode /hope in this way is in english/ :)

Lite-ON firmware uses the Orange LED when SmartBurn Kicks in either to limit the burn speed, or to recover from a Buffer Underrun error.
