I'm not sure what you mean by "videoshader". I assume you're talking about pixel shaders.
It's part of the OpenGL and DirectX spec which are the two graphics APIs. If it's coded in the game or application and the card is compliant (since it's the latest card in ATI's lineup it will), they will be used. If it isn't coded in, you won't see it.
Most of the newer games are using more advanced shaders, earlier versions might have limited shader use.
