posted a few screen shots showing the market share for high-def hardware. The first one shows the market share for most of December and the first two weeks of January.
The second one shows the first two weeks in January. During the first week, HD DVD and Blu-ray are pretty much even. Then comes Warner's announcement and in the second week, HD DVD's market share has dropped down to only 7.47%.
It will be interesting to see what the sales are like now that Toshiba has cut their prices.
