How can I copy my VCD to my HD, so I can edit?

How can I copy my VCD to my HD, so I can edit?

I made some VCD's and now that I can edit in NVE3, I want to remove commercials and trim the front /back. Since all I see is folders, I don't know how to get them in a file format.

Look in the MPEGAV folder->.DAT files.
If NVE3 will not accept DAT files then d/l IsoBuster and right-click on the files and select "Treat as VIDEO only,extract but FILTER M2F2 MPEG frames".
