InCD not working

Postby jcanup on Mon Mar 03, 2003 10:30 pm

I have a LITE-ON LTR-52246S drive and I installed the copy of InCD version 3.33.0 that came with it. It was working for a while, but now the icom in the sys-tray looks like this, Image. Does anyone have any idea what is up with this?

Operating System: Win2KPro
CPU: Intel P4, 1.7Ghz
RAM: 1024 MB

Thanks,
Jim

This icon means that no InCD-supported CD-RW drive could be found.

Is your burner working correctly otherwise? E.g., does Nero function normally? Does Nero InfoTool recognize your drive properly?

Did you make any hardware or software changes before noticing this icon for the first time?

You could reinstall InCD, but it might be better to remove InCD via Control Panel | Add/Remove programs, and download the latest version 3.52.00b from Ahead's site.
