Updated to Nero 6.3.1.6 along with NeroVission Express 2.1.20. Now when I run NeroVission I no longer have the encoders for making DVD's. A message pops up saying that I must purchase the mpeg 2 plug-in. When I go to Nero.com it tells me that the plug-in comes with Nero Ultra which is what I have. If I un-install NeroVission 2.1.20 and install 2.1.18 the DVD encoders are back. What am I missing?
Do you have a valid (i.e. not stolen/cracked/hacked/warez) serial number? If so, try completely uninstalling your old version of Nero, then download and run Nero Clean Tool, then install from scratch the new version and enter your serial number.
