Microsoft in trouble again...for something really stupid...

I dont think that it is right. All that they did was make the link open in Internet Explorer, even if they have some other browser as default. I mean, the smaller companies can do that but not microsoft? It bugs me when people are looking for things to get after others for. I mean it's just a lousy 1 KB shortcut.

Yes, I think that it is ridiculous that Microsoft should get into trouble over something like that.

I also find this to be trivial.

But, I find it interesting that Microsoft would take special steps to ensure that the IE browser is used to go to this link instead of the "default" browser. It seems like it's not enough that a person goes to this web site to buy music. The person has to go to this web site using IE to buy music.

Is this crime? No, not in my opinion. But, it's still Microsoft being Microsoft.
