I know, if they had the black drive I probably would've jumped, just since that's the one I really want. My credit card thanks Newegg for their oversight.

The review coming out today was kind of the icing on the cake, it seems like they've improved write quality from the 4160 as long as you're using good media (which is all I ever trust my important data on anyway!).. plus I really want DVD-RAM capability.
