Samsung is offering a free Nero 9 Essentials upgrade to those that bought select DVD writers. The program runs now until April 2010.

I watched an older movie last night (Circa 2006), what was the result of moving the main movie only to DVD (Nero Recode from Nero 7). The audio was missing many compnents that are there when instead playing the original DVD. The best example of what was missing was the movie score that is the backgound audio behind the final titles ... entirely silent!) ... but I could also barely hear similar score during the ...

Nero has released a free version of Nero 9. Instead of a trial version that expires, they've released a stripped down version that can only be used to burn data discs and make copies.

This version of Nero 9 contains simply data burning and disc copying features for CDs and DVDs. Additional features and functionality are available with an upgrade to Nero 9 full version.

For the purposes of packet-writing and formatting writable media, Is InCD really needed in Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7?

If so, why for each OS?

Does InCD provide formats not supported by the native OS?

recently i tried to install nero 7 just to try it out...it used to crash so i tried it again.....well it crashed again(what else
is new?)anyway i tried to reinstall nero 6 and now get this......you need a new cd that u have to buy from them in order
to get nero 6 up to the last update they did...they used to have this last update at the website now u have to buy ...

whats the best way to install nero 7?everytime i install it the declicker crashes.i have the following installed on my computer adaware avast snti virus.should i disable these things and the firewall?

i have developed a problem where i can no longer burn audio cds, i can burn dvd, iso, cd+g etc. O/S vista SP1 (all available updates).
I have D/L different software and i end with up the same result........a coaster! ](*,)

Any n all help much appreciated, especially by my kids who now have temporarily fallen out with me because i can't fix the problem ...
