Sorry for not responding, but I've been out of action for a few weeks.
How is the Hard Drive connected to the system? Meaning the one you are attempting to restore too?
What error messages are you getting when you boot to Caldera Dos?
I'm batting about 50/50 in helping customers restore their backups, when they send them to me directly. Though the last 5 attempts on my end have been failures.
But most of those have been due to poor media, damaged media, or missing discs. But a few have been, or so I believe, poor backups by the older version of Nero BackitUp.
