Optorite cw4002 Firmware Needed. Help!!!

Flashed my Optorite CW4002 from 100E to 110E and have suffered some serious performnace issues (pulsing, slow response etc.). Hoping to downgrade to orignal version. Can anyone help? Optorite is not replying to my e-mail messages. :(
