Overburn??

Dear all, am currently using a LITE-ON LTR-24102B and Nero 6. How wld i burn a 800Mb disc? I insert the disc and the medium info tells me i only haf 703Mb on the disc, when its a new one. So when i try to burn it, Nero tells me to insert a disc with a higher capacity. Pls ... need help... =)

I have Nero 5.5 but look in Preferences->Expert Features->enable Overburn and set Max to 90 or 99min.
There's also the possibility that your LITE-ON LTR-24102B doesn't support 90/99min CD-R but go to www.rpc1.org to find latest firmware.
Also you could burn in mode 2.

wat wld be burning in mode 2? Also, Nero website sez to burn a disc-at-once. Where would i find that option? Thanx!!

It's an option after you hit the button to start the burn. You'll see Disc at once, disc at once 96 & track at once as options in the drop down box.

I can overburn a 99 minute (870mb) disc to 101 minutes with my 52x24x52x lite On drive. I actually have a quick website on it. Check my sig file at the bottom of my posts.

Murphy's Law. I see my pictures are not working in my website. I'll have to fix that up this weekend.
