Upgrading to new versions of DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink

Just a quick question, can you just install over any current versions you may have, or should you uninstall old versions first? Thanks!

I agree, just install over the old version. But, make sure you're not running the old version when you try reinstalling it.

This just happened to me with DVD Decrypter. When I started DVD Decrypter it informed me that a newer version was available. So, I downloaded and installed it. But, I got an error stating that the install program couldn't delete a file. At first I couldn't figure out the problem, then I realized that I was still running DVD Decrypter (duh), after closing it all was well.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure...
