Is this a demo version download?

I ran across a site that had some of the the nero 6 download packs listed as demoware and some as freeware. Is nero really giving part of their software package away for free with no time restrictions or was this site wrong? In particular I noticed the package that includes Vision Express is listed as freeware.

I am just looking for a version of Nero that I can use with DVDShrink. Of course trying to get it as cheaply as possible.

These are demo versions. You have to activate them with your Nero serial number to get rid of the 30 day time limit.
