Windows ME or Windows 2000

hi, i have a P 233MMX, 64MB PC100 SDRAM, 2.54GB Hard Drive, 4MB Video Card, Voodoo 2 12MB and Liteon 24x Burner. i was just wondering if it would be worth upgrading to win 2k? :-?

you really don't have the computer that can handle windows 2000. Even ME will run fairly slow on that computer.
