widescreen burns as fullscreen. NeroExpress VCD

i when i watch the file. it plays awsome. but when i use nero to burn it to VCD. it burns in Fullscreen mode. which gives me an undesired "long head effect" i think the "scaling method" is how i fix this. but im not sure, and dont want to re-burn untill i know how. the particular file is DivX.

If you are using NeroVision Express, the VCD format will only support 4:3 aspect ratio.

You can select SVCD format in NeroVision Express, and then under the MORE->Video options you can select 16:9 aspect ratio.
