Flashfix, important new version

Postby dimitri on Mon Apr 12, 2004 5:02 pm

Version 1.1.0.1

Image

Added support for multiple firmware flashers.

QS0E57 for LTR-52327S is the first Liteon flasher containing 2 different firmwares.
There are more to come and they will have anything up to 4 firmwares in a single firmware upgrade utility.

When Flashfix detects more than one firmware in the flasher it will pop-up a box like this:

Showing the available firmwares and letting you select the one you want to use.

Enjoy, but be careful ;)

There might be different reasons. In the case of LTR-52327S drives, they have one revision with EEPROM and one without, where the boot and calibration data is in the firmware itself.
