Best Buy- Imation DVD+R 50 Pack- $49.99 after Inst Rebate

Hi everyone,

I caught this special in the Best Buy flyer for Sunday. $49.99 for a 50 pack of Imation DVD+R discs.

It doesn't appear to be a spindle; Are these the Ricoh G04's? If so, do they burn well (speed ?) for the Plex PX-708a?

If they are 4X rated, they should be RICOHJPNR01-R02. The Ritek G04 is -R. Not a great deal. Office Depot has a better deal from time to time on those: buy one get one free for $60 after using a $20 off $75 coupon.

Thanks for the reply, and the correction on the media ID. I am a bit of a novice when it comes to DVD burners and their media.

I thought I saw the Imation discs recommended for the Plextor if one is going DVD+R. Anyway, thanks again.

That's what I did before, placed the order online, used the $20 off $75 coupon, since it's media, not technology-based product, and did a local pickup. How is that "phooey"?

I've ordered from OfficeDepot online before. Shipping was free and you can exchange defective and return items at your local store. Saves me the trouble of getting up Sunday morning and driving to a store.
