What kind of problems? You might want to upgrade to Nero 6. It has better bin/cue support. Otherwise there's good old CDRWIN.

You can use Daemon Tools (free!) to mount the BIN/CUE image files, then use Nero to copy from the virtual drive to the CD-R.

CopyToDVD has no problem with BIN/CUE, either...

Nero 5 & 6 both give me very weird errors whe I try to burn a cue/bin image (ironically I just got one today). I prefer fireburner for burning all my cue/bin stuff, but unfortunately, the guy behind that cool program seems to have lost the will to make it compatable with todays burners (Last updated in 2003, luckily my 48x Lite-on combo DVD drive works with it).

Nero, baby, Nero. But if that gives you problems, try Alcohol 120%.
