HELP: Need Software to Distinguish Blank and Bad Media

Postby alanbrenton2 on Thu Jul 22, 2004 11:54 pm

Hi,

My daughter just mixed up my unlabeled DVD+RW's and I would like to know how to determine if a media has been burned or if it is still blank. I had 3 burned bad and set them aside. y daughter played with the spindle and mixed them up. Now, I don't know which among the 22 in the spindle are unused.

By the way, is it safe to use a felt tip pen to label DVD media?

Thanks in advance.

i probably wouldn't use felt pen on re-writeable media, there stuff you tend to keep around longer then other media

for software you could use smartburn

finding it is another thing, i have version 3.1.6, pm me if you want it
