It is a spoof site made by the fokes at Bungie that has a ton of cryptic information on the soon to be released Halo 2 for xbox. I personally don't go there because I don't want to ruin any of the story for me

You can still call a payphone in the USA?

That's been abandoned up here for almost 5 years now. It stops drug dealing from payphones etc. But then again, most of them have pagers & cell phones now a days.

I can ring a payphone back (from a 911 call centre) but that's it. The general public can't call them. Of course, I can just lock the phone line open as well.
