Copy a Panasonic DVD Recorder DVD-Ram disk with LG GSA-4120B

Does anyone know how I can copy a "file" from a Panasonic DVD Recorder generated DVD-Ram disk? I recorded TV shows on my DVD-Ram disk, but I want to copy them to a DVD-R disk since they are worth saving. I bought an LG GSA-4120B drive, installed PowerDVD and INCD, which came in the box. With PowerDVD, I can see each individual TV show recorded, which are listed as "cells", not "files", or "movies". INCD shows my drive as MEI_UDF(D:), and it lists three files: VR_MANGR.BUP, VR_MANGR.IFO, and VR_MOVIE.VRO, all in the DVD_RTAV folder. The individual "cells" (TV Shows, separate recording sessions on the Panasonic) are apparently all contained within the VR_MOVIE.VRO file. Nero Express, which also came with the drive, does not let me drag and drop the .VRO file into a compilation. I have searched on my hard drive and do not find meiudf.sys nor dvdram.sys.

Anybody know how to do this copy?
Thanks
