A110 for LG GSA-4120B

www.rpc1.org has a new firmware for that drive. It seems to fix the capacity/liteon-dvd-rom bug of DVD+R occuring with A104.

Does this firmware work with your bitsetting program?

Well, I tried your bitsetting proggie with the A110 firmware and there was no option for bitsetting (like there was with the A104 firmware). Maybe a update is needed :wink:

I know. I was just checking the Firmware for A10x with x>=4 ... of course, this won't work for A110. Why do they release a new firmware when i'm away from my VC6 :D

However, another GUI for a LG bitsetter is really not needed; DVDDecrypter can do that in the meantime. I guess i'll rather make a command line app which can be put in the autostart to activate bitsetting on each startup.

Woo! That would be very cool as I turn my PC off and on several times a day!

Tested A110 out with bitsetting via DVD Decrypter (didn't even know DVD Decrypter did this until alexnoe mentioned it). My Lite-On combo drive now correctly reads the TOC size with DVD+R disks burned in the LG. I wonder what made LG skip from A104 to A110?

1.04 -> 1.10 without dots? Like there is VirtualDub 1.5.9, 1.5.10 and then 1.6?
