My friend bought it at 10:30am... I called him at 4:30 and he said he's been playing non-stop since he got it. He then said in another 4 hours he'd be heading to some friends' house to hook up all four of their combined XBox's and go for some 8 on 8 multiplayer action.

I've heard of another person, who bought 30 copies of Halo 2 from Walmart, and then drove down to Best Buy where the line up went around the building, and sold the copies for $30 USD more then what he paid for them, to the people in the back of the line... wow.

Beat the single player today. Hint to all those about to beat it: Let the credits roll. A very interesting/confusing cutscene will play. I would love to talk about (and analyze) it but it would be a major spoiler...

I downloaded it over a month ago and have been playing most weekends with friends. I was going to go somewhere and play a 4 xbox networked game tonight but the phone call woke me up and I was mad and tired and told them no. I am an idiot!
