I know a guy that gets one of those evertime we go there for lunch! I have trouble finishing the "regular" 1/3# bacon cheeseburger. They have a HUGE chicken sandwich that is great (I add bacon).

Hardee's has great food now. I hope they did not change their menu too late. A bunch of Hardee's closed around here lately.

Once upon a time, I would have considered this burger a challenge. These days, I rarely eat 2/3 of beef in a week.

A bacon double cheeseburger is like ice cold beer on a hot day.

You don't taste much of the 1st one. It's the 2nd one you savour.

Uh, if you could force 2 of those down your gullet in a row, you must be pretty talented. Maybe you are one of those asian guys who always win those hotdog eating contests...

bacon and cheese on burgers is killer --in more ways than one. :D I love bacon cheeseburgers. Add some fries and ranch dressing to dip them in and I'm a happy camper.

I used to eat beef a LOT more than I do now. I still love it, but I eat badly enough for myself as it is, so when given a choice, I try to opt for grilled chicken or turkey.

The Hardee's restaurants around here were all owned by the same entity. They went bankrupt. Of course, we sometimes go to Culver's when visiting my wife's parents, and they can beat the snot out of all the fast food chains any day for a good burger.

Just for your cultural growth, even MacDonald's here in Mexico has an option to add bacon to your burger.

Street booths has a variety of options on burgers, like Hawaiian (with Ham and pineapple), Swiss (with that smelly cheese) and others.

Yes, Culver's is damn good. Believe it or not their fish fry (it's a WI thing) is also quite tasty. Better than a lot of more expensive places.

Have you guys seen "Super Size Me"? The movie where the guy eats nothing but McDonald's for 30 days?

Scary stuff! :o

They'd ban that around here

2/3 of a pound of burger? I felt queasy after 2 Burger King Big King Double Bacon Cheeseburgers, and that's only half a pound....

(Mind you that might have had something to do with the 2 milkshakes and 2 lots of fries I had with it)

That's what happens when they ban supersized meals and jase gets bolshy..... :D

Wow, I'd be just like Homer Simpson, absolutly in love.

But the nearest Hardee's is like a couple thousand miles away.

::sigh::

Wow, I was fine and now that I saw that I'm really-really hungry!
