What will be your choice for DVD with very good writting quality and minimal problems with most of the discs ...DVD+/- RW , RAM
Maybe i want too much , but if it is possible I would look and for DVD-RAM..?

LG..? Benq..? Pioner -108? Plextor..? NEC..? and why..ofcourse ..;-))

From the present batch, BenQ, Pioneer or NEC would suit you fine! There are about 2 other threads similar to this (drive suggestions). A good place to check for the answers to your questions would be the individual drive reviews (on this site) themselves. ;)

I believe that only LG supports RAM R/W.......
"Why? Said the spry little fly."

Nec 3500 LD V2 B6 Quiet
Benq 1620 B7T9 Stock
Liteon 1633sx BS41 Patched for 12x DL Ripping

Yes , I don't know how good is LG 4160B and is it there another
better alternative with DVD-RAM suport , great wriiting and reading
and bigger compatibility with DVD media , especialy DVD-RW+RW?
I remember that LG had a problems with CD recognicion and writing
before...if I am not wrong ofcourse..;-)

I am mostly conserned about saving data not so much about speed,
but maybe I will go for Benq 160...? or Pioner-108..Plextor if I
decide that LG will be a problem with using a diferent media..

That is what i will need to ask.... =D>
