Your best bet would be www.videohelp.com

No... I think your best bet would be the master list used by DVDIndentifier over at CDFreaks. It's probably the best list easily available at the moment.
Punch Cards -> Paper Tape -> Tape Drive -> 8" Floppy Diskette -> 5 1/4" Floppy Diskette -> 3 1/2" "Flippy" Diskette -> CD-R -> DVD±R -> BD-R

Why do you need it ?
The list of DVDidentifier is probally the best one out there since it 's matches very close my own database.

What it doesn't list are the followeing.
A codes for DVD-RAM.
B Some Speciall R&D codes.
C Licensced codes that were not used for media that hit the street/wild (as I call it.)

DVD-RAM might be added in the future.
We're still looking at that one.

Also be carefull with interpretation at this time it doens't make a difference between the followeing but then again no tool does at this moment !!
1 Compannies who sell technology to third parties
2 Compannies who really manufactur themselves.
3 Mixed A+B.

So why the MID might say made by MCC it might not be made by MCC but by a factory from CMC with MCC licensced technology. (This is probally the best known example !)
