169.99 USD - 20 rebate = 149.99 USD

from my canadian perspective, i purchased this at 159.99 and paid 21 for shipping, total came up to 221 CAD after currency exchange. Didn't have taxes on it either.
the price on this site fluctuated a lot recently, i've seen it go up to 214.99

Considering Kingston ValueRAM here in Ontario is +/- $220 plus tax, this was a good deal for me. dunno if it's a good deal for buyers from south of the border or elsewhere though.

me personally i like this stuff better:

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDe ... 523&depa=0

pretty much because of the cas timings of 2-2-2-5 at ddr400
Thermaltake Core X5 Snow Edition TG Case
Corsair RM1000 Power Supply
MSI X399 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
AMD Threadripper 1950x @ 4.1GHz
Custom Loop w/ EK MSI x399 Monoblock
G.Skill 4x8GB DDR4 3200 RGB Memory

i'd stick with my 1gig for 180 usd...don't really see a point of having to pay more for 2-2-2-5 when i don't even understand exactly what difference it makes, even though i've treid reading up on it.
only thing i didn't like was their 21 usd shipping cost...like it was next day service but that was the only shipping method they had for shipments to canada when i called them.

The timings are tighter (faster). I'm actually running the HyperX3200, but the older stuff with the 2-2-2-5 timings. Gigabyte 875p motherboards are picky with ram and the Corsair sometimes gives them problems. It was a huge issue when I was purchasing ram last year.
