Need to change QSI SDW-082s to slave

Hi all,

I urgently need a utility to flash my QSI SDW-082s into slave.
A firmware working as slave would also be just fine for me. My Current Firmware is LX09 and it is detected as Master by my laptop. (Most probably is preset as MS or CSEL).

I have seen a DOS flash utility for older QSI drives with the option of changing the drive to MS/SL/CSEL/NCSEL but it does not work with my drive.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hello

i have the same dvd burner but i have some problems with him. I cant really burn and so on. I have the Firmware LX06. I have seen that you have the LX09. Can you send it to my e-mail adress?

Well, I am sorry but I do not have this drive anymore.

Went back to the shop I bought it and exchanged it with a toshiba one.

My advice, get rid of this drive asap! absolutely NO support from Quanta.

Toshiba on the other hand have EXCELLENT technical support.
