Hard drive problems

Postby ruderacer on Sat Mar 26, 2005 4:09 am

I have a WD 200 GB hard drive that is going bad. I contacted WD and received a replacement two days later.

The question is: How do I swap all files and OS to the new one? Or should I perform a clean install of the OS and then copy the rest using the WD utility?

All imput is welcomed.

TIA

Clean OS > all! Do it, Ghost an image and back up to DVD and CD. Copy the rest using the WD utility.
