I try write overburn cd-r, when I adjust max. CD side (look picture). try with 85, 90, 99 values. Disk writing using DAO. But that don't help.

There's something weird with the Pioneers and I haven't had any time to do more research on it.
My experience and others seems to indicate that the OEM models have problems with overburning. Now it might be coinfidence that just some setting s are screwed up.
One way however I could write 90 minutes with my Pioneer 106D.
That's usseing TDK's real 90 minutes cd-r's. (RARE !! But my local stores stock them again.(Allways a periodically item. ) These disc's are recognized by most drives as 90 minutes so technically they aren't overburning still it will solve the problem. Seeing also that this media is of better quality as most 90 minutes stuff I don't find it a really big problem becasue I don't use any other 90 minutes disc any more because of quality and compatability issues.
Then again I don't use much 90 minutes disc's.
Still have some different pieces arround so I could do some research on the subject if I needed.

So what I have or can do?
When I have Lite-On CD-RW LTR-32123S - I don't have problem with overburning cd-r to 99min. I don't know that can I do now. Maybe sale that Pioneer. But then is question: what dvd-rw buy...
