What is the easiest way to tell if a DVD is PAL or NTSC?

What is the easiest way to tell if a DVD is PAL or NTSC? Any software that can tell my easily? I know it is stored in one of the files on the dvd directory.

Use IFOEdit to check:

PAL=720x576/25fps
NTSC=720x480/29.97fps
