New Firmware For AOpen 1616 Released

Finally AOpen has released the new firmware for their DVDRW 1616 today and hopefully this will resolve some issue that some of us having either AOPen 1608@1616 or just 1616. Let's hope that this firmware will improve the burning speed atleast on these drives.

Cool.....so does anyone know what improvements we can expect with this firware upgrade?

Will it burn any media faster than its face rating...say 4x media at 8x etc?
