Microsoft Windows Vista Installed - First Impressions

Installed Vista on both my laptop and desktop

on laptop it loaded sound automatically
and installed belkin wireless card just fine

desktop loaded ethernet, and both 6600gts as well
tried to install norton antivirus corporate, repeating BSOD's
tried to install trillian, BSOD
audigy 2 zs platinum drivers install in xp compatibility mode but made AOL Aim not work (still no sound after drivers BTW)
Nvidia 77.72 drivers installed (No SLI of course)

so on dekstop im moving back to Win XP Pro x64

but on laptop im keeping vista

laptop is a 1.06GHz celeron, 512mb, 15 GB, wifi card is belkin f5d7010 v.3000

x64 is deffently a lot faster then 32 bit windows

just windows in general is faster, loads faster, starts apps faster
