Which is better?

Nero Burning ROM, Nero Express, NeroVision Express, Recode, InCD, etc..

Which is better?

Incd or Nero Express? All I need this for is backing up my data onto a cd-rw disc when I reformat my hard drive. I heard you can lose data if you use Incd? So what would be my best choice?

NeroExpress.

InCD is packet writing, and that's know to be problematic, unstable, prone to data error and loss.
some people have great experience with it, some terrible.
i recommend you do "regular burning" with NeroExpress, and full-erase the CDRW when you're done with it and want to re-use it.
