According to their website, these updates add new features.

Hopefully its more than just the Yahoo Toolbar.

YAHOO! Toolbar: http://toolbar.yahoo.com/config/slv4_pa ... dex&.cpdl=

Personally I see no need for it.

I hope to hell its not. I'm a big fan of Nero, but I can't say I agree with their decision to bundle the Yahoo Toolbar.

I'm guessing it has to do something with this:

What's up with an update to Nero 6?

Should I trade in my Nero 7?

Uninstalled 7 and reinstalled 6. Upgraded to 6.6.0.18 without a problem. Will just keep 6 installed for a couple of months until 7 comes out of the public beta test phase.

Learned my lesson, no more upgrades until the new version is at least 90 days out and with at least 3 updates and then only have reading here that majority of users are finally satisfied.

Yahoo pays companies a lot of money to bundle the Yahoo! Toolbar with their software. A lot.

It's like free revenue for companies.

Now if only the Y! Toolbar didn't suck... :)

Any sign of a changelog? I click on the 'release notes' link and just get an ad for Nero 7.
