playing mp3

hi gang

i have a question that i think i no the answer to just want to check though
i made an mp3 digital cd with nero 6.the songs on the cd will play when i
played them on the nero mix-but when i tried to play this cd on a regular
cd player i couldent here the sound.why could i here the sound on the ne-
ro mix and not in the cd player or my disc man?would i need an mp3 play
-er to play this type of cd?thanks

Are there actual MP3 files on the CD? If so, you will need an actual MP3 player or software that can decode them.

If you used Nero to convert them to audio tracks, then they should play in any standard CD player.

yep these r mp3 files.im able to play them in a regular cd player if the
songs are in wave file.guess i need an mp3 player.thanks 4 responding.
