I just purchased this thinking I could record tv programs and movies to disc instead of the VHS set-up I had. It woorks ok with CD-R's but I can only get about 1 hour on each disc. How can I record a 2 hour movie on this machine. It doesn't seem to recognize my dvd media. Is there a way that I can set the recorder to EP? The user manual is not very helpful. I read boone's article posted in 2003 which is excellent and very helpful and he mentionned recording movies, but doesn't say how. I would appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks

With a VCD, the length of video is pretty much equal to the size of the CD. To put it simply, you're not going to get more than 74 minutes of video on a 74 minute CD.
