Nero 7.0.0.0?

Does anyone know where i can find a copy of the original version of nero 7 premium? I want a copy and try to see if i can get it running in vista because aparantly it works in it. I've got nero 6.6.1.4 which works flawlessly and want to try nero 7.

version 7.2.0.3 seems to be the oldest version on newsgroups

Yeh i got access to the news groups as well via easynews and cant find a copy. Maybe i'll download the new 7.5.0.2 version and give that a go

If I remember right, 7.0.0.0 was never released to the public.

Doesn't the latest version of Nero 7 run under Vista? I thought Nero announced that it was Vista compliant or something.

Nero 7 does not yet officially support Vista, but in the very near future we will be releasing an update with Vista support.

Yeah, Nero could learn something from Roxio/Sonic and have a pool of beta testers. Of course, you run the risk of your software leaking out, but it isn't like its happening already. :roll:

woah, you're telling me Roxio/Sonic beta tests their software?

Sheesh. That shocks me, given the "quality" of EMC 7 and 8.. I'm scared to install 9...
