Eww. It looks like somebody bought the really old and tired MK3 or MK4-for-PC engine and hacked up a few graphics, and added a few cheesey, sleazy cutscenes.

Looks like something that sleaze mags would offer in their online stores. Or maybe it's sold late-night during Jerry Springer commercial breaks or on G4. Either way, I'm ashamed of any programmer who would stoop this low.
