Asterisk PBX on Linux Machine

Postby caary on Sat Jan 05, 2008 12:25 am

Has anyone tried running Asterisk the PBX system for Linux? Any pointer in choosing the right hardware and software is appreciated. I am planning to buy a machine specifically for the PBX setup and want to make sure I do the right thing. Thanks.

Not to sound like too much of an advertisement, but for VOIP stuff, I go to Voxilla. They have a forum specifically for Asterisk.
